We encourage you to read these terms carefully, as they describe your rights and responsibilities when interacting with our platform. By continuing to access or use Woofus, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. Woofus is India's first pet services marketplace and social community for pet parents, currently in its pre-launch phase. We are building a platform that will connect pet parents with trusted, verified local service providers across India. We also offer PetBook™ — a social profile and community platform built exclusively for pets and their owners. By registering for early access, you are expressing your interest in being among the first to experience Woofus when we launch.

By submitting your details on woofus.in, you are registering your interest for early access to the Woofus platform. This registration does not constitute a binding contract for services, a financial commitment, or a guarantee of service availability in your city. We will reach out to you when Woofus becomes available in your area.

We ask that you provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for ensuring that the details you submit are current and truthful. Woofus reserves the right to decline or remove registrations that contain false or misleading information.

We take your privacy seriously. Your personal data is collected and processed solely for the purpose of managing your early access registration and keeping you informed about the Woofus platform. We process your data in full compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA). Your data is stored securely on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure hosted in India and is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to [email protected].

By registering on Woofus, you consent to receiving communications from us regarding your registration, platform updates, and our upcoming launch via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. We will always communicate with purpose and respect your time. You may opt out of communications at any time by writing to [email protected] or by using the unsubscribe option in any of our emails.

We ask that you use woofus.in in a lawful and respectful manner. You agree not to misuse our platform, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or engage in any conduct that could harm Woofus, our team, or other users. We reserve the right to remove any registrations that are found to be in violation of these principles.

The Woofus name, logo, PetBook™, WoofSmart™, and all associated platform content, designs, and technology are the intellectual property of The Golden Pet Care Services, trading as Woofus. We have invested deeply in building this brand and we ask that you respect our intellectual property. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any Woofus-owned content is strictly prohibited.

Woofus is currently in its pre-launch phase. While we make every effort to ensure that our platform is accurate and up to date, we do not make any warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, completeness, or fitness of our platform for any particular purpose at this stage. Woofus shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from your use of or reliance on information provided on woofus.in during the pre-launch period.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. We believe most concerns can be resolved quickly and amicably — we encourage you to contact our support team at [email protected] as a first step. In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through mutual discussion, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, where The Golden Pet Care Services is registered.

We will update these Terms as Woofus grows and as our services evolve. When we make material changes, we will notify you through email or a prominent notice on our platform. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of Woofus following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
